bringing sexy back and other miscellanous gists

I was making out like i like to call it cos there was no actual sex invloved, there were lots of ass grabbing, lip biting, ear licking, neck biting,gymnastics....all of which I think are essential to me having a fab time at it.There was a new essential element I did not realise would make this one of the top three mind blowing experiences i have had in my entire life.my new hair-cut.
I didnt realise my short hair would actually be tagged bringing sexy back cos I was relunctant to cut the hair, at the salon the lady cutting it had to say "aunty ar u sure u are ready to cut this hair at all.....cos i kept screaming, not too short, not to low....pls i want to be able to fix other stuff on it.yada yada ya.......

But on the day of the rumurumu....like my peeps....(nice anon, mgbeks etc) are probably used to tht term by now.In ectasy the guy just kept on my short hair...see.it not a low cut, its like all this low back bob but u see i used to have long hair or at the very least more than average length and i dont recall guys even pulling at it or anythn , they touch, caress, but never pull at it.but somehow sha, mayb cos the hand also has lots of contact with my scalp or the guy kept on whispering"oh my God, your hair is sexy...while pulling it i dont know or the sensations that was directly going to my brain then to the core of my being....to end the matter I will say the hair is orgasmic.lol.

To other gists, I am in the process of making a decision and i might not mind blogsville input.
I'm thinking of going to school, for a postgraduate in a course related to my first course, btw I'm a banker, which technically has nothing to do with my first course which is in the sciences, but because of the passion, I want to study something related to that course but I'm scared it would mess up with the 6 and half yrs banking experience I already have which means I will have to start from scratch in this my chosen field cos I dont have any relevenat work esperience. What do u guys think?

Also my bobo and I are engaged...as in he has asked me to marry him  and I have said yes but  He is not ready for the wedding asper cost implications and all....,I want to go to school in September for a year, He proposed we do an introduction now then wedding next year, what do u guys think? intro now and wedding after my masters.?I have had interesting advice so far and I won't mind other perspectives.pls explain your perspective

hope its the fiancee you were making out with...

hmm 6 and half banking experience...i'l say go for the masters, you never know when it can come in handy, even for your banking work. Although if i were u, i'd do a masters that is not unrelated with my job e.g. M.Sc finance or even an MBA which can come in handy, if you want to run your own business.

Anyways, knowledge is never useless...

P.S i think the introduction now and wedding later is fine.

Thats how lots of people do it

I say go for it with the masters since you have the passion for it.
Your banking experience doesnt have to be a waste, you just have to sell yourself and show that it maked you better than your contemporary. At the end of the day if things don't work out you can always continue with banking
Congrats on ur engagement. Introduction now and then wedding later on makes sense

@doll:-tnks girl.
@scarlet:-tnks girl, i already have admission, i was just hoping i did the right thing.

congrats on your engagement...just take it one day at a time...i would suggest starting school asap cus when you get married,. other priorities will come into play.

Congrats on your engagement!!!

Errrm, run off to school while you still have the chance.

Do I hear cost implications and wedding in one sentence??......Girl, pull a Freaksho & ~Sirius~ move.

Our wedding was divine! You can get the gist on his blog. *wink*

And no, you were not prying.

Engagement is cool, if you can't defy the world like us. (Hmmm, well you also would have to be a lover of small weddings to do that too)

Congrats on your engagement!
2ndly, where have you been? Missed your posts!
The most important thing is doing what makes you happy and what you are absolutely comfortable with.. That is what matters..
I kinda noticed that it's your masters that you're particular about..
Cheers dear!

Congrats on ur engagement
hope u were making out with d fiance oh!

do the masters hun
at least the introduction will be done first
so u know u have a place when u get back

about the masters
starting from scratch always seems super hard, but if ur not happy in banking then u should move on.
u have to keep trying and never give up
plus am sure a masters will give u an edge when its time to get a job
go for it

Hiya, em..I would advice u study a Masters related to ur present job o. I mean its sad that ur first degree got pushed back by d banking job, but its happened to a lot of us.

6 yrs is a lot of great job experience. A Masters in a similar field will only put u above ur peers.

P.s. em..the bobo that was pulling ur hair and the one that ur now engaged to, are they one and d same? Not to offend, but u didn't specify o.

Ah ah, babe don reply now and everyone is still asking, lol...yes o short hair is sexy, you can get to the scalp more easily. And it seems you have sensitive sclap too..:):)

I think introduction now and wedding after the masters will work. But cost should not really be an impediment to marriage. Work with what you guys already have.

I also left 3years in banking and 3 extra years in teaching and consultancy to go for an MSc in Public health Research (BSC in Bio Sc.) I suggest you go with the admission which is where it seems your interest really is. It may take a little while but you'll settle into the career too. Experience is never wasted even when you switch careers, you just have to write a creative CV - transferable skills and all that...

Think it def makes sense to do the intro here, then run off to do ur masters. It'll give hubby time to put money together, and u can do some shopping from over there.
I'm also off for master soon september, so buzz my page for any questions.
The best.
N congrats!

@lucidlilith:-my point exactly, i know myself when i get married , education or masters will be pushed to the back burner.esp. at my age when making babies will fast become a priority and then raising them
@sirius:-seriously....lol. i couldnt help tht.but seriously, its not as much the cost of the wedding but he is not financially at the place he wants to be yet,he is trying to float a business and its ruff,we don't even have a place yet literally cos there is no money.he is not a 9-5 person like moi, his business is his dream, 9-5 for him is just to keep body together and afford him time for his business.
@2cute for u, u are absolutely right, I am particular about my masters, very, I can be very stubborn when i have made up my mind about something but i do want marriage with him and kids too, just hope while im trying to chase degree, bobo no go sa mo mi lowo(run away).lol.

@BBB:-ofcourse it was bobo, it had been a while sine we last made out so somehow it felt sexier.....as per school,my thots exactly, thts why i wana commit to the introduction before i go, families knowing wassap and all.
@sugarking- I AM NOT INTERSTED IN THAT FIELD, IAM mORE INTERESTED IN THE SCIENCES, I EVEN TALK LIKE one in my everyday life
@myne:-honestly, i cant say how much u guys have rily lifted my spirit, its true wht they say abt blogsville, its a real support system, im touched, thnks everybody.even the talk i had yesterday nite with my da ended up in tears for me.but u guys are great!
@tnotes:-im glad i got a guys perspective, he even goes to uk every quarter cos of his business ,he has promised to increase the visits to every 2 months so we should be fine, we love each other and he is with me on this albeit initially, relunctant

lol @ d orgasmic hair.

i get ur dilenma about going for a masters. personally, i wouldn't. if am lieaving d industry am in now, am not starting 4rm d scratch. if na my own biz, na another matter. but, 2 dey begin dey apply 4 work as beginner or trainee, chei. God forbid bad thing. na so so pikin dem u & de go dey compete, & u know say most company will want to go for a younger/cheaper candidate.

congrats on ur engagment. u can do anything u guys want. but, it may be better to plan towards a low-key wedding (be it this year or next) if u r going ahead with d studies. i feel far too much money is spent on weddings, if u ask me

i was hoping the make-out was with someone else *mpscheeew* LOL...just kidding

ok, to the matter...i will not readily advice you to go for the masters
me & you know that it is not directly going to upwardly move you in your career...
you left sciences ages ago, are you sure you want to go there again?
unless you are leaving banking to go into something related to this 'sciences' thingee...
or unless you're going in to do something that can mix well with your wealth of experience
6.5years no be come chop oh

also bearing in mind that, it costs not rice & beans to study for a masters degree full-time
the money can be put to better use

if there's any info we're missing, let us in on it...
September is barely 2months away

Congrats on your engagement
we can tell you what we think but the choice is really yours

A second degree is kinda essential these days-so you do need to do your masters

the thing is in what?

in sciences?no previous work experience

would you rather play safe and do an mba?or something close

how about masters in not the sciences and not in finance

you and only you can decide what you really will be happy doing when you bag that degree

so do a soul search

you can do the intro, engagement, registry, church before you travel

cos i know peeps who do an intro-travel for dia masters then return to marry someone else....or vice versa

Congrats on getting the ring girl! Good for you.

Now I'd say do the trad and court wedding and then the white can be done much later. I echo everyone's thought on getting your masters done.

are you still gonna go for the masters?
not like, i'm expecting you to say NO anyway
something wey you don plan finish, you just wan trouble us, dey ask us questions

miz-cynic said...

@BAROQUE:-the inputs from blogsvillegave me perspective, like i did want to resign fully before.....but with ur new ideas, i would just take a study leave at all costs even though they hardly give it so as to be cautious.but the school part i pretty much made up my mind but then again if everyone had advised against it, i hadnt paid, coulda busted it.

First of congrats on your engagement. Do whatever suits you guys financially. Introduction now doesn't sound like a bad idea if you guys can afford it.

As for the PGD in sciences well it depends on what you see yourself doing in the future. Banking or this science line? Whatever you decide should help you but please do not be afraid to start all over again if it's in pursuit of your true passion.

Good luck.
